Devrim Saltoğlu is a Turkish theatre, television and film actor born in Trabzon on 30 June 1973. After attending Trabzon Anatolian High School, he completed Italian Language and Literature at Ankara University’s Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, followed by theatre acting studies at a state conservatory. His professional stage work included the Trabzon Municipal Experimental Stage and Trabzon State Theatre, as well as Ankara Experimental Stage, Ankara Free Theatre, İzmit City Theatre, Kandemir Konduk Theatre and Sadri Alışık Theatre. His screen career began with 90-60-90 and expanded through television and cinema. He played Seyhan Karadağ in Asmalı Konak, Cihan Genco in Sıla and Celil in Güvercin. His selected film credits include Asmalı Konak: Hayat, 72. Koğuş and Efsane. Among his later television roles are Rauf Denktaş in Bir Zamanlar Kıbrıs and Vali Besasiri in Alparslan: Büyük Selçuklu.
