Plot
Melek is a seven-year-old girl living with her mother Şule and Şule’s boyfriend Cengiz. Despite the violence and neglect at home, she tries to preserve her imaginative world. When Zeynep begins working temporarily at Melek’s school, she notices the child’s fear and suffering. After a decisive incident, Zeynep and Melek set out together on a dangerous journey. Their escape to Istanbul forces Zeynep to confront both Melek’s family circumstances and her own painful past. As the story progresses, Gönül’s long-kept secret and Cengiz’s threats come to light. In the final episodes, Şule confronts Cengiz, while Zeynep and Turna reunite.
