Plot
After losing Nihan in a tragic accident, Mehmet becomes emotionally withdrawn. Gümüş, who has loved him since childhood, is brought from Afyon to Istanbul and married to him at the decision of the Şadoğlu family. Mehmet is not emotionally ready for the marriage, while Gümüş struggles to gain acceptance in the wealthy family. The series follows the transformation of their relationship alongside the Şadoğlu family’s conflicts involving marriage, generational authority, social class, responsibility and professional identity. Gümüş gradually develops an identity of her own beyond her role as wife and daughter-in-law.
