There he crosses paths with the powerful Akkaya family, clashes with Teoman, grows close to Leyla and becomes drawn into secrets connected to the past. His search for his brother begins to test his friendships and romantic feelings, while Teoman’s investigation into his own past gradually intersects with Aras’s journey.

Did Serhat die in Daha 17, and is Çağdaş Onur Öztürk leaving the series?
Çağdaş Onur Öztürk (Serhat)
In early September 2026, social media posts by Çağdaş Onur Öztürk ("Thank you, it was an unforgettable night. You know it yourselves.") were read as a goodbye and claims spread that Serhat would be killed off. The actor replied to the speculation with a post but did not confirm a departure, and neither the channel nor the production issued a statement confirming one. What amplified the question was the second trailer for episode 16: its closing scene shows Serhat motionless on the ground and Teoman holding a bloodied bottle. A trailer, however, confirms no death. As of 12 September 2026 neither the character's death nor the actor's departure is confirmed — this is a claim, not a confirmed exit.
