Barış Falay is a Turkish actor and voice performer. He graduated from the Theatre Department of Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih-Coğrafya Fakültesi. After two years at private theatres and the Ankara State Theatre, he joined Kocaeli Şehir Tiyatrosu as an artist in 1997. Alongside acting, he directed Deniz Kızı Masalı and Bir Yaz Gecesi Rüyası and taught at the theatre school. His archived television roles include Ali Kırgız in Ezel, Selim Serez in Medcezir, Reşat Ademoğlu in Ömer, Kıraç Özdal in Menajerimi Ara, and Şahinşah in Kuruluş Orhan.
