Plot
Çağlar moves to Istanbul with his family and struggles to adapt after leaving his friends behind. His life changes when he finds and adopts Pulsar, an intelligent and brave dog. Pulsar becomes his closest friend and helps him gain confidence and socialize in the neighborhood. Çağlar’s friendship with Burcu also develops during this period. Gürbüz, the dominant and jealous boy in the neighborhood, wants to take both Burcu and Pulsar away from Çağlar. With the help of his father Tahir, he becomes involved in conflicts over Pulsar’s ownership. When Çağlar and Pulsar are separated while escaping municipal dog catchers, Çağlar falls into the hands of child kidnappers. Later, a newspaper report presents Gürbüz as Pulsar’s owner, leading other people to try to capture and sell the dog. The series follows the family and neighborhood adventures surrounding Çağlar, Pulsar and the children and adults around them.
