Koçum Benim is a Turkish comedy, drama series broadcast on TRT 1, first aired in 2002–2004. Former national basketball player Can agrees to temporarily coach the struggling basketball team of Anadolu Vakıf High School. As he tries to discipline the team, he also becomes involved in the students’ school, family and personal problems.

Plot
Koçum Benim follows Can, a former national basketball player who takes charge of the unsuccessful basketball team at Anadolu Vakıf High School. Although he initially agrees to coach the team only for a short period, its discipline problems, the students’ personal lives and conflicts at school draw him into a broader educational role alongside the teachers. Basketball games and practices are interwoven with family conflicts, friendship, romance, jealousy, the revelation of an adoption, academic pressure and violence. Can’s growing closeness to teacher Deniz forms one of the series’ main secondary storylines.
