With a Rockefeller Foundation fellowship, she pursued advanced drama studies in the United States at American Theatre Wing, Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, and Actors Studio. After returning to Turkey, she was appointed as an instructor at Ankara State Conservatory. She appeared in the archive series Uğurlugiller.
